Horrible , tried twice and every time I leave more tense than before . They never work my upper body when I am put on my back. I left feeling like I had slept wrong and more tense than before. I told the therapist and she said “maybe I went too deep” I have had massages my whole life and never had these issues. This is the second person I’ve tried in a month and same issues. I talked to front desk girl and was offered nothing but a high 95 bill . I shouldn’t have paid for this service.
We have been going to Massage Envy regularly for a few years. We get biweekly massages with the same massage therapists. The front desk staff is welcoming as they check us in. This experience is an investment on our future health. I would not trust anyone else with this experience.
First time that I've ever had a massage when I hurt 100 times worse than when I went in. Never once, in my 2 hours of treatment, did he touch my feet. I work in a professional setting and wear heels every day. Feet would have been a great addition! I can say that Mariella, the manager is making it right. Although I have to wait an entire week to do so. In the meantime, hot baths and heating pads in my future. Can barely move without pain and have a 2 story house...hell walking up the stairs!
It was my first massage ever and I loved it!! Janet was so nice and easy to feel comfortable with. And the facial felt awesome!!!! :) I am def. considering going back!
