I booked a last minute massage because my shoulders were sore from work and Ian ended up being my massage therapist and I was so impressed! The last few massages I’ve had elsewhere left me feeling the same as when I went in, but after seeing Ian my pain had melted away. He had great pressure, asked the right questions to know which areas to focus on, and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. Went to get a massage, I drove an hour and a half to make it since everywhere near where I lived was fully booked for weeks in advance. I arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and only when I get to the front desk am I made aware that my massage therapist is out of the office that day. The man at the front told me he didn’t usually work the front desk so he didn’t know how to call me.
