A complete overhaul of the staff (with the exception of a few. literally)
Very knowledgable staff and super friendly!! I have been to two other places before them and did not experience a more better massage. Jayme was awesome! She was very personable and understanding of my needs. Because of her I started up a membership to continue to work on myself. Thanks so much Massage Envy! I will be revisiting often :)
My experience at this particular location was extremely pleasant and fully relaxing from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was attentive and helpful, and my therapist (Luke) worked magic on my neck and back. I didn’t even have to tell him what to work on.. he just knew! Pain and stiffness I’ve been experiencing for years has been relieved. Thank you all!
Staff is friendly. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and skilled. I love it here!
Had my first massage ever and it exceeded my expectations! The masseuse was very professional and made me comfortable!
I’ve been a member for some time now, been about 4-5 years and The only issues I had was getting prenatal massages with both my kids it was so hard to get one because they are so limited on the therapist who can do it! But other than that I love it very friendly staff! My favorite therapist isn’t there anymore but I made a friend out of it so that’s even more great!!! Extremely disappointed booked service as Christmas gift for someone for today several weeks ago. The appointment was for 10am today, I was phoned and asked to move the person to 4pm because 10am therapist didn t show. We plan for 4pm, and I am again phoned today can't be seen at all, because the 4pm therapist called in. What kind of customer service is this? Not only did the person this massage was for get inconvenienced moving things around they are now completely turned off from this place. This was enough for me to cancel... read more
