I recently got my first massage here and was not happy with the noise factor. The entire time I heard doors opening and closing and nothing but people talking. This was not the most relaxing massage environment I have been to. Will not be returning.
I have been a member here for around 5 years (since it opened). I have a crazy schedule so last minute appointments are very important to me. Depending on how last minute they can almost always accommodate me! I have only had 1 upsetting issues recently and they were very quick to resolve it!
