I've had only good experiences at Massage Envy. I just wish I could have the complete hour. Once I had to cancel my appointment on the day because of the passing of my mother-in-law. They were so understanding and assured me not to worry and just call when I'm ready. When I came in for my massage, the receptionist told me that my family were in their thoughts. I was so touched and thankful.
Never will I ever go back to Massage Envy! My husband and I once had a membership at the one on Frazier and loved it...My husband had brain surgery last year that caused a stroke, seizure and paralyzed him... My husband was on ventilator and after long months in hospital and siskin rehabilitation,and losing job was very depressing so I purchased a membership for him..Due to still healing we haven't used but tried to call and schedule today for them (Hamilton Place) to tell us it's too late and he have no credits... I absolutely had the best and most relaxing therapeutic facial of my life !!!! I felt like I had been on a pampered vacation for 2 weeks When it was it was over. My skin was glowing and I felt light as a feather all of the stress I had in my face and shoulders and neck and arms had been magically massaged away to forget about it land !!! And wow!!! Has anyone had this happen to you? I went to have a massage and was going to use an unused gift card for my birthday. They said it had been used. This card was given to my boyfriend for Christmas and he has had this card the whole time. He wasn't going to use and gave back to me this week to use for my birthday. This was a total rip off. I am trying to reach management to deal with. I will never go back and don't not recommend them which I hate for the massage lady who was great.
