Had the best massage and facial! I had no idea they had so many great medical grade facials!
Horrible we were canceled on the day of and were told they rescheduled it got there today Nothing the man promised to have Manger call us because was not answer due to picking her child up HORRIBLE NO CALL NO NOTHING
Nice way to trap you into paying for something regardless. Have credits, cannot use them and if I cancel I still have to pay and not able to use their services even if I have credits. Ridiculous as hell.
I paid for a 60min,full body massage on yesterday. The guy at the front desk asked if I was okay with therapist touching my feet . I said yes. So the actual massage was relaxing but she did not message my feet. I wore heels that day and was definitely looking forward to it. My mother and I was their last appt for the day before they closed. So I realize she couldn’t continue on. But when I asked the front desk was feet included he said yes and then asked did she not massage your feet?. RecommendedI had a great experience today!! My scheduled appointment was with a therapist that did not show up BUT the employees Showed Out with customer service that was off the charts amazing!!! Anna was able to jump in and do my massage. and it was wonderful. Noel and Taylor made sure it was a smooth transition and positive experience. I can not be any happier with the way this was handled!!! Thank you Anna, Taylor and Noel. See you next week.
