So I don’t know where to start. When I signed up I was told that I could cancel any time I wanted. Well that was a lie. I had to be a member for a year. I tired canceling and they would not allow it. Every person I have talked to has been so rude! Today my sister and I were going to use some of me credits and get facials. Last minute we had family come in and we had lunch and the restaurant was packed. Normally I don't review any business. Today is an exception. I had two massages scheduled for a day and they canceled on me an hour prior. Yes, I understand that things come up. They associate did not help me in anyway change any plans or compensate me for the inconvenience. I will no longer attend this establishment.
It was a great experience would definitely go back..everyone was friendly and helpful.
