October 31, 2020 at 430pm. A male did massage. He did not go the full 60 mins. He told Jokes the 1st 25 mins of the massage. This was suppose to be my time to relax. He never massged my arms or hands. To make matters even worse. This was my birthday the staff was aware of this as my husband booked this massged as a gift to me for my day. This was the worst experience Ever 😢. I will be contacting Corporate
I am very disappointed in this place. I completely understand that there are new rules and regulations due to COVID-19 BUT when you schedule an appointment ahead of time the appropriate questions should be asked prior to your arrival after driving 50 miles, not the moment you arrive. This place would not serve us due to us not being a Hamilton County resident.

Massage Envy is such a relaxing and great environment. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and we have great prices for getting multiple services! Facials are my favorite because the esti's make you feel confident about getting your skin back on the right track and always recommend great products. We always want to make sure people leave feeling reset and have a smile on their face!

I called to change my Appointment, which was fine, but I was told a wrong time versus the real time of my appointment. So instead of calling to confirm the appointment which they should do, I got a phone call saying that I was late and then I would have to pay the cancellation fee. I understand there’s a cancellation fee but if you can call me to tell me that I’m late you can also call the day before to remind clients of their massage. I can not wait till my membership is up!
