Over the course of 2 phone calls and two attempted appointments, I am astounded by the level of unprofessi onalism of the staff. I spoke to 2 different staff members on the phone before even coming in for the appointment. Once we arrived, I was forced to reschedule because the information I received before the appointment was incomplete. I was member in EP, TX and great massages there. I got here to ft bragg area and had three okay massages. Not great. I have not been back because I haven't found a therapist worth returning to. They charged me extra in my first month for massages and I tried cancelling but they won't let me and now threatening collections for massages I have not received nor do I want. Waiting on return emails from corporate and Fayetteville location.

Prior to my appointment I was a bit apprehensive as I had read the google reviews. Oh my goodness "they were lies!" I wanna say my therapist was John and he was GREAT! The customer service was exceptional and the ambiance was tranquil.
Since I started coming a few weeks ago, I noticed that my neck, back, and shoulders are a lot better.
