Excellent service all around! I would highly recommend this place.
I went to massage envy and had a deep tissue massage with my husband. It was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Tawanna paid attention to every single detail. 5 star highly recommend.
Staff and management are super unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent here. They harass you and do not know how to properly speak to people. Don’t waste your time with them... there are WAYYYY better spas around the area.
I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and had an appointment scheduled for today at 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 as they requested only to discover they were not open. A phone call to inform me of this would have really been appreciated, but apparently is to much to ask from this place. Everyone I Have come into contact with there has been friendly and super accommodating. Yes, they will ask you if you want to join, but there were never pushy or rude. They have to keep you coming back and I did! I joined, and it is worth it to me. :)
Scheduled a couples massage despite being disappointed with the last one I had received. When I made our appointment I was specific in that I was giving them another chance, as well as what we were expecting from the technician. Well it was clearly a waste of time because it was a horrid experience. Very very disappointed, and will never waste my time again.
