I purchased a defective skin care product and when I tried to return it I was told that I had to wait until Tuesday. I was told by the staff that they couldn’t help me. I don’t appreciate how my time was wasted. Poor poor customer service.
so my husband got me a massage for Christmas with a $20 coupon added free it was $65 thr lady didn't ask him if he wanted to add tip money to the card she just did it herself so it came up to over $85. found out day I got me massage which was a prenatal I might add.. the lady that did it was very bad at it and the free 20 went on a foot scrub she literally put it on and took it off no scrubbing at all you could tell she wasn't to experienced with prenatal massages either. Today was my first and last visit there. The young lady appeared to be pre occupied and texting while doing my message. She then started watching the device as if she was reading messages while attempting to do my neck. I didn’t complain just declined the membership. Being that I was visiting on my moms account she informed them of the lack there of. Once again horrible customer service. Tried booking an appointment on the app that doesn’t work sometimes so I called about 10 minutes to make an appointment, after telling the representative what i want she said hold on and then hangs up on me. This is the second time that I have been hung up on by this location and they really expect me to keep my membership. Please get SOME of your workers some customer service etiquette classes!!
