They always call the day before to remind you of your appointment. Love their app. That’s how i schedule all my appointment and it let you add it to your calendar on your phone.

I don't see why give one star for that anyway it should be about the massage!! 🙄 even if it were true, I personally don't go there to make friends, I just need a good massage and I'm good! I loved my session from Sterling DeAngelo 😍😍
