I was giving a gift card for this place fir my birthday. I went to use my GC and found out that someone already use it in another State which it was weird bc I had the GC w me. So I ended paying again for the massage. The manager in Fay told me that she can’t do anything for me and that I have to call the other place to figure out what happen and to get reimburse she didn’t took the time to help me or do anything.
