I showed up for an 10:00 am appointment and the front desk people weren't even there. My masseuse was there and said they are always late. How unprofessional! Due to other family obligations I had to leave and not get my massage. These people are suppose to decrease my stress level and in fact they have raised my stress level.
I have been more than satisfied! Starr is wonderful!!!!!!
