We were told one amount when we made the reservation for a couple’s massage and were told double the amount after the massage was over. Definitely will not go back
Absolutely unethical. Say they called me when my card expired but no voicemails. Terminated my membership with 40+ unused massages. Happy to reinstate me but will only credit 9 of my over 40 unused massages, pocketing over a $1,000. I will make sure that I share my experience with BBB and all social media.

I had an appointment booked for today. When I called to book, I had to give them a credit card just to make the appointment. I called to reschedule stating I had a death in the family. The clerk said that I'll still be charged for 50% of my $95 massage fee. Seriously??? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of....charged for having to reschedule for a death in the family? What terrible customer service. I initially walked in expecting to make an appointment but was told that they had an opening that day. This being my first time, I asked all the questions I had and the front desk staff was super friendly and answered politely and honestly. The masseuse was absolutely incredible and very accommodating to what my specific needs were and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. After the massage I felt a little rushed by the “boss” and wasn’t happy with her attitude but overall the massage is what matters so 4 stars.
Jennifer was my therapist today for 1 hr massage. I've had several massages there and this was by far the best! Jennifer was sweet and attentive to details. Ive already booked my next with her!
Excellent service at this location. The front staff and managers are knowledgeable and customer focused. The therapist was great! Listened to my needs for the appointment and ensured I was receiving the massage I expected by asking for feedback three times. Other than the quiet " check ins" with me, she was quiet and focused on the massage. Husband went the following day and had a similar positive experience.
