Walked in to purchase a massage for my wife and was told it’s $95.00 for 1 hour. Since we wanted to try a new place due to moving close to this location I decided to go ahead and purchase this. I would NOT go here. They con u into signing up for a membership, telling u that u can cancel it at anytime no problem. I just went to cancel my membership, and they told me I have to bring in a medical slip from a doctor saying I don't need to go here anymore to get out of my membership. The lady on the phone was an absolute bitch. Idk how they can get away with robbing people like that. Absolutely disgusting. Terrion Is Freaking Amazing That Massage I Had Yesterday Was Unbelievable. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and made feel like a person.
I have been a member for 3yrs ... masseur’s are always kind , and eager to make your experience a good one , due to a change in the management, and front end service I have been less than happy. They are getting a bit better but compared to other locations this one needs to be reevaluated by Corporate.
I called to book a couples massage. Sandra, the “manager” was initial snappy and rude but I overlooked her attitude and still tried to book. She asked me if it was my first time trying them and i said yes. She quoted me $95/person. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY! I see the negative comments from 2016 and this is clearly a different place. I've been a member since April and I absolutely love it. The entire staff is always friendly! They ALWAYS answer the phone when I call. I always request Phoenix and she knows exactly what to do and the amount of pressure I prefer. I live in Charlotte but this was the only location out of 5 that could get me in. I dont mind the 15 min drive because they are always so pleasant!
