Went in for my first ever facial today and was blown away by the kind demeanor by all of the staff. I was treated with the utmost respect and they talked me through the entire process. I left feeling SO refreshed, confident and like I just made a few new friends! I can't thank them enough for the positive experience.
They have cancelled on my THREE TIMES IN A ROW. I have been trying to use my gift card for a month. No apologies. No response from corporate email.

I now have permanent neck damage due to a massage received from the establishment.
Received a gift card for my birthday and went to use it. A day later I was charged twenty dollars to my credit card without my permission because THEY made a mistake during checkout. That will be the last time I go to massage envy. I have 35 dollars left on my gift card that will go to waste. What a horrible situation.
