Marie, you rock! This was my 4th message - which I started in late July to help elviate the pain from e herniated discs in my neck. Marie is very kind and makes sure we discuss our plan for each visit before she gets started. Kudos to the Concord crew for their kindness and professionalism. This was my 1st massage here and it was awsome. Ive been a climber for the past 7 years so ive tore my shoulders and upper body out. My masseuse helped me alot!! Great experience with everyone there even though i was running a little late. For everyone that wants to bash this place I think your stuck up and might need more than a massage. Some people just always find something to cry about. If youd like go spend your money elsewhere if you dont like it because nobody owes you anything. We'll finally got my massage, and appreciate the free massage for the difficulty I had with scheduling.....but it really isn't cool they stopped 8 minutes early.....8 minutes is alot..... She said at the beginning "11:37, well stop at 12:57" and I said you mean 1:07.... Which is 90 minutes.... But she stopped at 12:58 anyway. Maybe I'm being ridiculous but I expect 90 min to be 90 min....not 81. The massage was pretty good though....

I loved it. It's the only place I like to go. However, the staff working the desk is always where I have a hiccup. They're friendly, but don't seem to understand how to navigate through the system or weren't proficient in cerain policies and procedures. I've experienced that with 3 different people on 3 different occasions. Oh but when I got to my massage.......she put me to sleep. The hour and a half on that table felt so good. 1. My appt was for noon (this was confirmed twice, 2 days in a row, by the scheduler on the phone (who I had very low confidence in anyway, having to repeat answers to every question.) got there at 11:55 and was told my appt was for 11. They had charged my card but did reverse that...this was a gift, I had a GC. 2. My massage therapist, Taniesha, had left but when called, returned for my appt. she began at roughly 12:15 and at 12:56 said "ok thats your time". 41 mins.
