They called to confirm my appointment one day prior at 9AM. I show up at 6 for my apt, they had canceled it and didn't speak to me to let me know. Will try another location.
I have never in my life experienced a business like this. I emailed for an appointment over a week ago, after two days i decided my best route would be to call. I left a message during normal business hours. Two days passed i left another message nothing back. So i followed up with a call to a manager, left them a message. Still nothing!!! I just had a massage with Kendra! She was amazing and really took time to address my sore spots! I had another massage scheduled with someone else for next week, but rescheduled to get Kendra again!
I had my very first professional massage by Haley! She made me feel extremely comfortable and worked out all my soreness and pain! I will be back!
Have been going for 8 months! David C. Has been awesome with my chronic nerve pain. Has helped me beable relax. Front office has worked with me as well!

Great place. Ive been going to this location for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every time there. Jenny is the absolute best and is very professional. I would highly recommend this location because of the way they make you feel and the atmosphere surrounding you once you step inside the doors.
Terrible customer service! They have canceled 4 appointments in the past 6 months!!! Then I had to wait almost a month for my re-scheduled appointment!!! Do not recommend this location!!!
