After waking up with a horrible fever and having to cancel they insisted on taking 50 percent of the fee . Horrible company and service . No compassion. Maybe I should have gone there with my fever and given them what I have

Epic failure on customer service again!
I had a 90 min appointment 9/28. Followed their instructions of arriving 10 min early, waited 15 min after my start time till I went to the desk ask why my massage hadn’t started. It was another 10 minutes until she returned to let me know that my therapist should not have been scheduled today They normally have him blocked on the weekends, and the manager unblocked him incorrectly. So loved ME. Would love getting gift cards from there. Used to buy massages for my daughters. Whe you go into a location and see the prices and get a gift card for you daughters thinking you are paying for the whole amount just to find out that the amount you paid for is the membership price!!! I could have gotten a mani/pedi for that price. Will no longer getting gift cards from ME !!!
Jacinda was amazing! She’s the lead esthetician here at Alliance. She’s very knowledgeable about her products in store and over thand counter. I’ll be back to see her again!
