Make sure you ask a lot of questions of the front desk staff, and clarify everything. Otherwise your appt may not be booked correctly. The therapists are great, especially Fallon!
I used to love ME until they raised my membership. When I cancelled, I still had my daughters membership with credits (she was a minor) so they wanted to only let me have a massage with her credits 1x every 6 months. The fact that they would force me to sit while she was getting a massage instead of just get a massage together was enough for me to decide to never recommend them to anyone. My husband and I went yesterday on Valentine's Day and we both were very pleased with our massages. I was very happy with Christina.
Everything was great. My husband and I book massages on the same day and we always come out feeling a million times better!
