Didn't get worked on the areas that I said I needed the most... the lady was nice but I rather get massage by a guy do to they have heavy hands n I really needed worked on
Overall I really like Massage Envy Alliance. The ambiance is nice. They have great customer service and I've never had a bad massage. Danice and the young lady who did my massage a week ago, did a great job to help alleviate shoulder and back pain I was having. My one and only complaint during my last visit is that the room was too cold! But again, great place! Would highly recommend Alliance and Parkwood facilities!
Eduardo is amazing! I went in with a really bad shoulder blade pain and today I'm almost pain free!!! I went ahead and got the membership because you know a business is good when they treat you right in the first visit! I am going back to get me a much needed facial can't wait!! Front desk girl was awesome too she was really attentive and friendly Keep it up!������
Tara was sooo awesome!!! They let me know before I went in that she's very hard to get because she's normally always booked. I could definitely see why. Very knowledgeable, helpful, great at what she does, and made me feel very comfortable! The front desk ladies deserve some praises too. They are very laid back and made everything easy as this was my first massage. I will Definitely be recommending to everyone!

Such a friendly staff! On the phone and in person! I went to kat yesterday and she was amazing!!!! She definitely has passion for her craft and treats it like an art. I felt like I was being molded! Everytime I make an appointment online they call that same day or the next! Keep up the good work!
Ten months after canceling my account, I'm still being charged. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time.
Won't ever use Massage Envy again. I was told I had until August 10th to use my membership from cancellation. I lost 2 and 1/2 hours I paid for. Wish I had a phone call reminding me to use it. But it's ok, I won't recommend them anymore.
