My wife and I went in to cancel on a Saturday, only to be told that the manager was off and that no one had access to the cancellation forms except for the manager. We have the employees working out contact information, with the promise from the staff that the manager would email us the cancellation forms which we could then email back. No email was received, and the three follow up emails to their location have not been returned.
I booked an appointment with one therapist only to gind out that day that they booked the wrong person snd told me the manager would give me a call to sort it out. I never received s call from the manager and they took my credits from me. This location is unprofessional and does not know customer service at all. I've had too many misunderstandings eith them and had to cancel my membership.
I will definitely go back to see Charles. I am in the middle of PT for my shoulder impingement and after a trigger point session I felt like a million bucks!
MASSAGE ENVY ARE CROOKS. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE PAST MONTH AND WE KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. WE ARE EITHER TOLD THE COMPUTERS ARE DOWN OR THE MANAGER ISN'T IN AND SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN DO THE PAPERWORK. WELL I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS BS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GETTING A MEMBERSHIP AT MASSAGE ENVY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF IT!!
I thought I bought a 3 month term only to be extended ... does this sections seem like I authorized any recurring payments? When I tried to cancel, first no return call, second time, manager is not in (even though she was), finally when I got a call back... oh you need to come fill out a form. Contractually because it has the word Initial and other print which is lighter that explains an auto renew, they have me.
