Ellison imaging team I had to place my picc line yesterday were simply the most amazing people. I've had many things done over the last few years because of my illnesses. Never have I had a team this amazing!! Thank you

Quick concise, professional and compassionate. Appointment was kept on time even with elevated business levels. Staff were thorough in their explainations and follow through. Facilities were impeccably clean and well maintained especially with the elevated foot traffic level

I think the care inpatient at MGH is great, but the ER has many issues. The most prominent issue is that it is not big enough...not enough beds so patients are treated in small group waiting rooms, which I believe are called fast track. Not sure why they are called fast track since my stay in the ER was in access of 6 hours. Once I waited for hours in one of those waiting rooms while I was ghastly sick. I had a high fever, general malaise, chills, nausea and vomiting from a massive kidney infection. Surely, a person as sick ... read more

The doctors and nurses are amazing. Also excellent are their support staff including social work, kitchen staff, valets and maintenance. You will receive the best care here.

My Overnight ER nurse was amazing as well as the people in interventional radiology some of the other procedures and people I have met along the way have given me pause, but so far I am getting better and they are doing a very good job to facilitate it.
