Staff was Rude, disrespectful !I sat in the ER for 5 hours in a wheelchair bleeding out of my mouth. And in major pain. They told me to stop crying or I'd have to go!!!! Best hospital in Massachusetts no way !One of the worst experiences I've ever had . I've always had bad experiences in hospitals in Massachusetts this is why I'm in now and New Hampshire resident and happily will go to any Hospital up there besides this place. I love ALL my Doctors,N.P's,etc.I have spent a lot of my later Adult years Daily with my late husband(did not pass on there!!) These Dedicated Professionals have twice detected Cancer,removed,treated me,& still ensure my Well Being so I remain A Grateful,Lucky Survivor......All by Early Detection!!AMEN...
I have been coming to Mass. General Hospital for over twenty years. Their expertise, in all areas, and level of service is unparalleled from any other hospital I have experienced. My primary care physician is here, and she is brilliant. The emergency room is efficient and the staff is professional. Thank you Mass. General for all of your years of dedication.

They saved my husbands life when he was diagnosed with brain cancer .... not much in terms or caregiver or family support. Felt invisible.
MGH Danvers radiology receptionist assures me that I would get assistance as I needed an X-ray and had to bring my two little children along (3 yrs and 20 months respectively). My husband works 6 days a week 10+ hours a day and I work nights and our family and friends all work full time, thus there is no one to watch them for me. The woman called to make sure there were in fact two techs to assist me. When she hung up she said "Mrs. Scally, you need to come back without your kids to get an x-ray!"
