The worst, i regret being a patient here for 4 years. Don't waste your life / health with this practice.
I’ve been Dr. Milder’s patient for over six years and have always appreciated her. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying for over a month to reschedule my physical exam because I recently had a baby and simply needed any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between October and December instead of my originally scheduled date. I’ve had Dr. Lee as my primary doctor for years now and she is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to fully listen. I referred a family member to the practice who really loves her doctor here as well. Also the admin staff really went the extra mile for me recently in helping to resolve a billing issue and I’ve always found everyone at the front desk along with the medical assistants to be pleasant as well. All around I’m so grateful for Mystic Medical!
I was Denied Ivermectin when we knew it was the most effective anti viral for Covid19. These doctors think they know everything. When I know more than them. They push propaganda and deny you life saving medicine. Those who are guilty should be ashamed. An innocent $0.05 pill that saves lives. Because its not PROFITABLE.
