Vicky the Aid from Masonicare is an absolute angel. She was kind, caring, and amazing to my grandfather the last time he needed help and we were lucky enough to get her again for him when he needed the help again. Thank you Vicky.
Family members used Masonicare hospice for end of life care and had nothing but the best experience with the process and especially, the hospice nurse.
I had nothing but GOOD experiences there. My dad was there for 3 years following a stroke, which was followed by more complications related to 3 strokes and aging. Their rehab was great and their patient care was better than other facilities I have been to. I think all of these places are somewhat short handed. What set Masonicare apart is that everyone that worked there (except the front desk which hands out guest passes - they frequently acted bothered) seemed to be genuinely happy to be there and to be helping the reside... read more
