Horrible service. I leased a Gihbli and purchased the upsell package with the promise they'd give me a loner car while the tint was being put on the Windows. The process of scheduling it was a nightmare (they tried to renege) and then they gave me a tiny little clown car Fiat as a loner. I assumed they'd lone a like and kind vehicle like BMW does. What a joke. The Maserati Roadside assistance is a scam as well. They will only take the car to the dealership where their only solutions are to upsell you parts and tires you don'... read more
