Horrible horrible rude people. Sales manager is the most disgusting human I had the displeasure of talking to. Left my Maserati for service and the door got dented on their lot before picking up. Merely went to them to report the damage and I got back a "we allow you to pick up on Sunday as a favor" really? If denting my door is a "favor" don't do me or anyone a "favors". Horrible Managment. Once there is an issue no one really cares or tries to remedy the situation. Leased a car here but never again!!
