Excellent Staff with Great "Bed-Side" Manners!
We had our son’s circumcision at the MD surgery center and had a great experience. Staff were very kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Lizardo was fantastic and the nurses we met made us feel very comfortable and explained exactly how the procedure would go and what to expect/how to care for our son afterwards. Highly recommend this surgery center!
I requested my medical records over a month ago and was told that they are ready but the doctors have not signed off on it which is really suspicious. I called a few times and sent a couple emails and still no response. Now I have to take action and file a complaint. I also had complications due to the recklessness of the anesthesiologist when he did the intubation. I started coughing up bloody mucus, had a badly bruised throat, and had an ulcer on my uvula. I recently had my surgery at Maryland Surgery Center, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. I was extremely nervous going in, but from the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
