I have been going to Dr. Kim for a long time. Always great care and the team/service is very good.
I came to see Dr. Kim as a new patient with a complex set of eye-related issues. She and her very capable team performed an array of comprehensive tests, beyond what I think most offices are able to perform. Subsequently Dr. Kim sat down with me and explained everything in detail. She answered all of my questions at length and without rushing, giving me the sense that she really cares about her patients. I have no doubt Dr Kim has great knowledge and skills. However canceling appointments every single time is not acceptable. Then they never follow up. I wish her practice the best, it just was not for me.
My eye check-up and testing was thoroughly done by a staff that was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim examined my eyes and made recommendations to ensure they stayed healthy and my vision continued to be in optimal condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Kim to any senior who needs a thorough eye examination.
Dr Kim performed Cataract surgery on my dad. I saw a plaque on the wall at the office and recognized her as the most compassionate doctor. I couldn’t agree more! Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends who needs eye care.
