I took in my Conure for his 1 year check up. Dr Carroll took her time answering all my questions and making recommendations for his daily care. Pickles was very relaxed during the exam. I highly recommend this vet for all services but especially for first time bird owners.
Today my bunny Dale died because this hacky veterinary office bungle a simple neutering operation. 😰 And they tried to ask for more money! I'm horrified and crushed. Take your pets elsewhere if you want them to live please! Rip Dale ❤ This place killed my bunny, please dont make the same mistake!! One of the techs told me the wrong thing 3x, I had to keep correcting her. Was actually terrified to follow her home care directions as she seemed unsure. The price gouging in this office is RIDICULOUS. I found mark ups of over 100% AFTER I left ofcourse. They are literally only in it for the $$$$$. So disgusted that they are the closest exotic pet vet. I’d sooner drive to Virginia than give them another red cent. Greedy. Callous. VERY DISINGENUOUS.
