I took in my Conure for his 1 year check up. Dr Carroll took her time answering all my questions and making recommendations for his daily care. Pickles was very relaxed during the exam. I highly recommend this vet for all services but especially for first time bird owners.

The care, compassion, friendliness (even though I was exiled to the parking lot because of the corona virus) of your staff is exceptional. I know that Dr. Backus is doing everything possible to help my little ferret Chester, and her thoughtfulness in keeping me informed and her patience when I ask her to repeat something I didn't understand is above and beyond the call of duty.

You took our concerns seriously, and made time to check and give us a full detailed report on our pet.
Very professional and compassionate. They treated my chicken for vent prolapse and flystrike. Gave me all the options and treated my chicken like a little lady. LaDi Dottie is recovering at home.
They are amazing! Took great care of my two Holland Lop bunnies. Highly recommend to all the bunny parents out there.
