Not a fan. They billed my insurance incorrectly and said they would submit a review but I never heard anything from them.
I've never received a notice for my annual mammogram. I contacted the main campus facility on Glenwood Drive to find out if it's overdue and to schedule it. After holding and listening to the various prompts, someone finally answered. I told her the reason for my call and she responds with an answer not even relevant to why I was calling and doesn’t understand the simplest of questions.
