I started working with Mary Helen after a spinal cord injury. Western medicine was not helping and I was really struggling. Once I started with Mary Helen I knew immediately that she was exactly what my body, mind and soul so desperately needed. The journey with Mary Helen as a guide is the most important part of my continued healing. She is extremely knowledgeable and her practice has benefited me beyond words! I always look forward to my time with Mary Helen!

I absolutely love the experience Mary Helen gives me each and every time I see her. The space is cozy, her personality is friendly, and her techniques are equal parts science and healing. I’d go every day if I could! Easily my favorite place to go to ‘find my breath’.

Mary Helen Roberts has been so amazing to work with. I came to her with a pretty complicated history but she met my needs with knowledge, amazing care, and so much kindness. I look forward to my appointments with her. I leave her office feeling great every single time. What she does is amazing but it’s also how she does what she does with so much care, compassion, and kindness that I appreciate the most. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars because she is just that wonderful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You won’t be disappointed

Mary Helen is phenomenal at what she does. She has created such a soothing, safe space for her clients and is always such a joy to work with. I can absolutely tell a difference when I take time away from her practice, this is definitely a life-long part of my wellness plan now.

Any time I test a new provider out, the first thing that’s important to me is feeling comfortable and at ease to have important discussions. Mary Helen has such a natural ability to make you feel at ease. I was very nervous about having acupuncture done, as I’m not the biggest fan of needles, but she first explained the process, explained what I should/ shouldn’t feel before beginning and it has been one of the best things I’ve done for my health, by far.
