Dr. Barber is an exceptionally skilled skin cancer surgeon. She is very personable and made me feel at ease throughout the surgery. So very fortunate to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate surgeon.
To start with, the office is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The office staff is warm and welcoming. Only waited 5 minutes to be called to an exam room. The Dermatology Assistant (Bailey) was so nice and personable. Tanya, the APRN was completely thorough in her initial exam, followed by Dr. Barber's complete exam. Though I did not see Dr. Barber on my first visit, everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and friendly. Those who treated me were very professional and thorough!

Dr Barber explained things well, listened to my questions. She was thorough yet efficient with her treatment. I liked her 'bedside manner' too.

Dr. Barber and her staff are friendly and compassionate. So happy she decided to open her practice in Blue Ridge! I had biopsies and two procedures done. They were all great!
It began with the office staff and their friendliness and concern. I saw both Dr Barber and Tonya Hartman. I felt very comfortable with both. They listened to my concerns and began steps to determine if further action will be needed. Their assistant Crystal was very friendly and caring as well. The office was inviting and relaxing. I know Blairsville is very happy to have a COMPETENT Dermatologist nearby.
All the staff were very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Tanya who did the exam was very thorough and Dr Barber was easy to talk to and they both listened and then explained their findings. The biopsies were painless. I am glad to have found this office. It is a great addition to our community and would recommend then for any skin cancer related concerns.
