I would like to thank all of the nurses and the doctor that help throughout my son's procedure. I love the way they specialize with the children here at Mary Bridge, it's awesome the way they explain what's going on to the children and make them feel less nervous, and how attentive they are with them.Thank you Mary Bridge Children's Hospital for everything..
Took forever for my daughter who had an allergic reaction to something to be seen! That's life threatening. I will take her to another hospital next time. 5 hours and everyone else went ahead of me by the time I left my daughter was so hungry and was covered in hives ugh

The care for the child is good but there is inconsistancy in the way staff interprets policy. I got permission to bring kids up to visit my niece then when we got there it took an hour to get them in. Very disapponted in lack of compassion to visiting children.
They are taking wonderful care of son. And everytime I get lost in this place people are more than ready to walk me all the way to my destination. I even had a pharmacist walk me to the surgical waiting room. It is a very complicated hospital to maneuver, but the staff more than makes up for it.
They took such good care of our daughter. Dr. Hesslein is awesome!
This hospital saved two of my son's lives. My oldest almost 20 years ago, and my youngest last year. The staff was amazing and they helped make my son as comfortable as possible. My youngest son is a nonverbal autistic, and his appendix ruptured and he got a perforated bowl. He was there for two weeks after his surgery because of complications, and all of the staff was amazing! I will never take my kids to another hospital again!
Emergency care was fast and friendly. Follow up care above and beyond! Thank you for quick answers and checking on us to make sure things are better.
