The staff was awesome! My baby is in the how & why do things work phase and they took the time to show her & answer all of her questions. She was already antsy but managed to keep her calm which helped keep me calm.�
My daughter wrote the nurses and heartfelt thank you note after her surgery and I didn't even know anything about it. She thanked them for telling her it's going to be ok and taking care of her. It was totally unprompted. Thank you so much � we will be delivering her note next week!
They were great with my little, very caring and playful with him so that he felt comfortable being there. It's always hard seeing your kid in pain but they made us as parents feel at ease. Thank you
I definitely would have put a 5 star rating but the ER doctor didn't take our fever too seriously and the fact she forgot about us for 3 hours. It wasn't until I repeated over again that a 5 day high fever that kept getting worse with no other symptoms isn't normal and I want answers! If it wasn't for our amazing team of nurses, especially Gordon, we would have left with a very sick baby girl and an undiagnosed infection. He made sure our tests were timely and things kept moving along so we could get our tired girl home. The... read more
