Very recently some close friends of mine sold a home in north Raleigh. One day as a favor, I go to get some mail from their house that was shipped there by accident. When I get there, the front door is standing wide open to the public. The keys are hanging in the lock. Who is responsible for the house? Mary Bouchard and her team.
