Dissatisfied to say the least, probably my worst car buying experience. 1. The amount of time to actually purchase a vehicle is ridiculous (took over 5 hours and had to wait even longer to have it detailed. (I came in pre-approved and with a check in hand.. ) 2. They ended up overcharging me by about $400 on the agreed upon price. Originally I caught an add on in the deal that was not supposed to be there and the finance manger removed it, not sure if the $400 was tacked on then or I missed it before.
