This place is a scam. I leased a Tahoe. I had 2 months payments left on my lease and because of the increased auto prices of used cars had 10K in equity for them to make a pretty profit off of. I walked in and graciously offered them to take my lease early and sell my tahoe for a huge profit if they put me into a new Tahoe. At first they everything went smooth. This company bait and switched me. I made my have to have requirements clear and though they did not have a Blazer in stock they had some incoming on a truck I could possibly purchase. Mrs. Reynolds came in on a Tuesday around 6:45 pm stating she had been to NUMEROUS dealerships and everyone is trying to charge her over $500 per month. After understanding that we have one Blazer available that was incoming, she was shown the invoice with the options on the vehicle. I have had the worst experience I was sold a 2021 Lemon and the vehicle was in the shop for over 21 Days when I get the vehicle back it has additional problems. The service department says its safe to drive while something is popping near the tire area. Asked for it to be put in writing and the service mgr Matt said yes, then when I speak to Ryan he says they can’t put it in writing before it goes through the legal team. Due to the lack of acknowledgement from Feldman Chevrolet of Novi this negative star review needs to be posted. Multiple Managers have been contacted and not one has yet to reply. We would highly advise anyone in the market for new or used vehicles to steer clear of Feldman Chevrolet of Novi. I spoke to this customer on Friday they were not aware of the pricing online requiring GM Employee pricing, I explained that to her and showed her where the disclaimer was she acknowledged it and I asked her if she had GM Employee Pricing, she stated “No”. I bought a 2021 Camaro a little over a month ago. The Salesman Daniel Provenzola was very unprofessional he overcharged me and I did not recieve the options that I paid for. I have tried to resolve the issue thru a friend and also my attorney and I am still getting the run around. Do Not buy a vehicle here they are crooks and are committing blatant fraud!!!!
An ad on CarGurus.com is how I found my way to Feldman of Novi. They had advertised a vehicle, that didn't exist. I had at least 2 different people from Feldman's online team contact me to make an appointment to come see said vehicle. It was over a hour drive away from me, and I finally agreed. I purchased a new Silverado and took delivery on September 12th. The dealer installed accessories were not in stock so I took the truck without them and was told they would call me when the parts arrived. I received a call October 13th and basically was told the parts were in and the salesman forgot to call me. When I went to have them installed the floor mats were missing. I purchased a new car here and Danny is a stereotypical pushy, unethical car finance person snake oil salesman. . He added on all sorts of stuff to my invoice. I had already negotiated a price and he added on tire and wheel, additional warranty ($4000), gap???, tire and wheel, maintaince for $1500 and other stuff. It brought the price up 8k. I purchased my car two days ago with Danny Oda and Matt Sayyae. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional, classics deceiving car salesman moves. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am sitting in the office as we speak. I purchase my car two days ago. The process took 5 long hours.
