Great spot to meet with friends in Georgetown. Full of locals, with terrific food.
What a wonderful place. Just happened to show up ahead of the Prime Minister of Ireland and no problems being seated in the historic Harry Truman booth! Mike shared the amazing history of Martin’s and challenged our kids to a straw trick... still working on it! Thank you so much for a great dinner and visit! We won’t have an area named after us, but we will return someday!
This place is historic. The owner, Mike, told us all about the 4 generations and all of the presidents that have dined there. He covered the menu and even went into the sports stories. But then we come to find out that Mike’s wife’s family is from Ames, Iowa. We were all there visiting from Iowa. He was going down his list of favorite Ames restaurants. Pretty cool. Thanks Mike, for a great time and amazing food!
