The restaurant is visually beautiful and has a nice atmosphere at first glance. The food was okay, but it is extremely overpriced for the quality and portions offered. The biggest issue, however, is the noise. The music and overall sound level are so loud that it’s almost impossible to have a conversation. The food was even better than the last time we were here. We sat at the kitchen counter and enjoyed watching the kitchen staff putting together beautiful dishes. Brussel sprouts were amazing, chicken pate included phenomenal fresh bread and a perfectly paired preserve. Amber was rushing around the place providing attentive service to the guests, and great food recommendations.
I have a love/ hate relationship with this place. The usual way it goes is half the meal I really enjoy and the other half I think why did I spend so much money. I started off with the oysters w/ jicama cucumber snow crab and Clamato…. DISAPPOINTED. Why did I just spend $7 per oyster. Only for the snow crab I guess.
