Definitely would recommend
I have been a patient of Dr. Martinelli's for over a decade. He is a great physician and treats you as a whole patient and not just as an orthopedic patient. They do not make physicians like him anymore. Many could take a few lessons from him. Dr. Martinelli is very personable and direct and will not waste your time. He listens to your concerns. He wasn’t respectful and I felt that was because of my gender. He was dismissive and rushed. He wouldn’t take time to discuss or even show me the X-rays. I felt like he just wanted to get to the next patient and get his day over. If you are not a male teenaged athlete w an injury, find another orthopedic IMO. As some indication of his attitude... his picture online is at least 20 years old.
Dr Martinelli is a first-class orthopedist. We have used him for years and have never had reason to question his judgment. Twice he has referred us to other orthopedists due to specialities and he made sure we only saw the best of the best. We can’t recommend him enough.
Seeking treatment for chronic hip and groin pain.I was advised to get an mri for my spine and another for my hip. On the follow up appointment ,after reviewing the mri, I was told the findings. This explanation was rushed and confusing. The few questions I asked were met with a condecending and dismissive tone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Martinelli for nearly 20 years. The negative reviews herein are a bit harsh. Doctors are human like all of us; they have good days & some not so good days, as well personal & family issues unknown to patients. Dr. Martinelli is like family to me, he treated both my parents & was compassionate upon hearing of their deaths. He is "to the point," honest & straight forward about his findings.
