Perfection♥ I would definitely recommend Mars Venus Salon and Spa. I didn't go in for the spa, but I did get my hair cut and colored. I have never been treated better by a stylist! Kristie (the owner) is amazing at what she does and I would recommend anyone to go to Mars Venus for a wonderful day at the spa or to get your hair pampered! ♥
Good start, but I'll be watching I've been to Mars Venus once and was very impressed with my stylist, Amanda. She did the scalp massage, washed my hair, cut and styled it. Along with other reviewers I agree the music is WAY TOO LOUD and there is constant selling pressure. Ok, so the owner commented on one review that selling is everywhere, but I prefer not to hear it on my reminder call, when I arrive for my appointment, by my stylist THEN AGAIN WHEN I GO PAY. Afternoon at the Spa What a wonderful experience! My daughter and I just had a afternoon at the spa. Lexi and Amanda were great. I would highly recommend this experience for mother and daughter or just mother.
Great spa services but don't get a drink there I went to Mars Venus Spa and received a manicure and pedicure and a massage. I was impressed with the services, especially the massage! However, when I asked for a water it was brought to me in a glass that had lipstick on the ring and there were particles floating in it! I would have expected bottled water in a CLEAN glass when I'm paying so much!
I love it The first time I went to Mars Venus I was greeted as soon as i walked in. The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly. I got my hair cut and colored by by a master stylist. While i was processing i got to go into a private room where i received a hand massage while i waited. I found this to be a wonderful experience. pricey I think that they do a great job here, I was pleased with the haircut I received but I do feel that they are over priced compared to other places. the staff was really nice and they offered me a drink while I waited. The place is nice and it is clean. I wasn't dissatisfied with the service but the price was a little too much.
Five Stars I had a very enjoyable experience. I had an "essentials" manicure and was quite pleased with the service. For the price, I felt I received more for my money than I have paid elsewhere. The staff was very professional and curtious. I was given a tour of the entire facilty, which I found to be very clean and an overall calming environment, especially the spa area. I plan to return, not only for another manicure, but for spa services as well. I would definately recommend this spa.
Excellent First time I ever went to Mars and Venus I was very impressed. They offered me a drink and gave me a complimentary chair message which was excellent. I was nice and relaxed for my hard day at work. I will most definitely be back for a second visit!
Mrs. Purchased a groupon ticket in Jan. 2011. Contacted the salon immediately to schedule the services on March 5th for both my sister and I. I was told when I called that it would be best if I email, which I did immediately. I was then sent this long email regarding you would be sent an email with your appt. and please confirm immediately.
