Dont be fooled! This is the worst salon ive ever been to. To start it is a revolving door with the employees, everytime i find a stylist i like, the next time i go in that stylist no longer there. When i tried to talk to the owner about the issues i was having and she talked in circles and then proceeded to talk bad about the stylist that had left. Very unprofessional. I will never go back, thankfully i found where all their great stylist went.
Awesome Customer Service! I had been searching for a salon home for quite some time now after many trial and errors at other salons I found Mars Venus. Superior Spa---Felt like heavan Wow, what can I say. With the woes of a recession, fears of economic hardships, stress from everyday life, I decided to treat myself and my mother to a spa day. Great Service I've been to Mars Venus a few different times and have always been happy with my services. Everyone is always friendly and my difficult hair looks great. I got a tour on my first visit and was surprised when I saw how large the spa is. My next appointment will be for a massage and a facial. Very happy!
Just when you throught you were safe from being ripped off... I have been a customer at Mars Venus for the last 3 years and more than once I have felt ripped off but have always given them a second chance. After today I will never step foot in their Spa again! I have always gotten the essential (basic) pedicure which is around $33 but today they upgraded me to the next step for $48 without my knowledge. The Best I have been going to Mars and Venus for 4 years now and I have to say without a doubt they are the best! Their entire staff is fantastic and their spa services are top notch. I have very difficult hair to color and Amanda has been there with me through every step and she is the ONLY one that I trust. For the level of service the cost is fair, but for some it may be pricey. But as the slogan says, "I'm worth it!" Not good. I almost never provide critical on-line reviews because I am overly tolerant of poor customer service and I always give businesses a generous benefit of the doubt. (Running a business is challenging.) However, once in a great while, you run into a customer experience that is so bad, there is a sense of obligation to share with others. BAD BAD BAD INVESTMENT! Been there the first time yesterday. The Hair Stylist and the Shampoo Girl were great. 5-star for the girls but NO STAR for the salon! The shampoo chair was a disaster! My neck still hurts! At other Aveda Salon I have been at, they use modern chairs that you can lie down, your neck, your body, your legs, in general, your whole body rests comfortablly in the chair. Always get great hair! I have pruchased the control paste, the smooth infusion and also the pure abundance. My personal experience there is excellent because they always know what to do with my hair and it turns out great all the time. Yes, because they do a great job at what there sapposed to do. Yes. That your hair will always turn out great and they are very nice and treat you well.
