RecommendedThis hotel is incredible .... It’s basically the four season’s of the Miami airport area. Ingrid and Eddy are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The staff has been true pro’s during the Covid-19 pandemic. 5/5 would recommend this hotel!

RecommendedI’ve been staying here for more than a month and have absolutely ZERO complaints. In fact, I have nothing but praise for the front desk personnel (Ingrid, Yeni and others) who have always answered my requests expeditiously and with a smile. Additionally, members of the service staff, like Xiomara, have taken great care to repeatedly clean my room or other parts of the hotel thoroughly (e.g. outdoor patio, fitness center, bar, dining area, etc.). None of the employees yesterday had masks on, violating the City Of Miami ordinance that is plastered all over the hotel. I asked the front desk why they don’t have masks on and Their response was, “It is no big deal.” And then they showed me their masks in their pockets. It is a big deal to me since I have a compromised immune system. It also makes me wonder how in depths is the cleaning? We booked this hotel because I was here before and I liked the fact that the room were clean newly remodeled, but this time I was amazed, by the dirtiness, old rooms, moldy, people were walking in and out like they were in a “ house-of-ill- repute” just to express myself nice, suddenly I woke up in the middle of a horror movie. RecommendedThis is our second time here in eight months. Just love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have great amenities golfing and tennis. They have multiple pools. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. But it’s also very close to all the theme parks.
