Horrible customer service, we got put in this hotel because our hotel a lil further south was still closed to COVID-19. I get it so we got put in this hotel. The room is nice and so is the views. Tv is an old LG 32 inch flatscreen. To get any kind of service is like pulling teeth. Normally there is housekeeping everyday we never got any out first night. So I went downstairs and they said it’s the 3rd night we get service because of COVID-19. I was fine with tht. We we’re gone all tht day come back and room still not serviced... read more

RecommendedThe entire staff. Everyone is courteous and professional. They all have wonderful smiles and seem to be very happy to work there. You must be doing something right. I want to give a big and very special thanks to Ricardo at the Front Office. He made our stay a very memorable one. Because of Ricardo, we will definitely be back.
Recommendedwe are staying for 5 days and so far it is amazing free laundry facility you can borrow anything for the kitchen, but it comes with all dishes! you can borrow slow cookers and stuff like that. a patio with grills. the beds are sooo comfortable!! a great place I definitely recommend this place!!
