RecommendedYes the front desk lady we had was phenomenal. Very sweet spirit! They only downside I could say is during Covid not having breakfast they could have stepped it up a bit beside a wrapped bagel In a bag. Yes they had a toaster to use with cream cheese etc. The morning man did not tell us I just happened to see it when i got my coffee. For Covid another Fairfield had fruit, granola bar, water bottle and please add coffee creamer not just half and half. Thank you for the wonderful stay. RecommendedGood location did not like that I was not told there were extra fees at checkout. Probably will not stay here again.
RecommendedI am extremely impressed with this hotel including the menu, the friendly service & the outstanding / unique rooms. We actually had a suite at another newly opened hotel and were very unimpressed with the room and left to come here && will NEVER stay anywhere else when there is an Ambassador around. Thanks again for the positive experience !!

RecommendedThe whole place was wonderful! Covid virus didn't allow for somethings to be available. However we didn't miss anything. it was great just the way it was. Special thanks to the General Manager Anna Marie for her professional and incredible hospitality. The suprise upgrade to a suite was so much fun. Really enjoyed everything. Thank you!
