I don't like the new front load washers 🤦🏽♀️ Clothes smell like a wet dog 🤦🏽♀️
Not sure why everyone is raving about good customer service- we checked in and requested an upper floor - the person at the desk didn't even pretend to look for an upper floor unit - just handed us the keys and said it was a great location on the ground floor. Shower had no hot water, called the front desk and the gal that answered said the engineers had left for the day and would fix it at 7AM - no apologies or offer of a new unit. We returned at 6:30 PM and it still wasn't fixed. It is now 8:30 and the engineer is working ... read more

We love the Canyons! We have been going back for 5 years because, the quality of the site is amazing! We go to rest, relax and have fun. Also, all the employees are friendly and helpful! I highly recommend the Canyons as a wonderful place to stay on a vacation!
It was a great experience, I enjoyed the pool and the staff were very helpful.
