I love this place and look forward to going there every summer.
My husband and I have been Marriott Vacation Villa owners for 10 years and absolutely love this place. We have never had poor service and have always had really clean apartments. Special mention to Scott who always make sure that we get our favourite apartment. We are welcomed back as friends and nothing is too much trouble, if you have an issue with the apartment the front desk send a maintenance man within 10 minutes and always fix the issue. I've stayed here 4 times (my wife and in-laws even more) and every time has been GREAT! Great rooms, variety of Resort Activities, phenomenal pools and lazy river, good food, and exceptional service around the pool area and with resort activities - a couple quickly remember your name and it definitely makes you feel like family! Uriel, for example. Tremendous employee at this resort. Can't wait to return later this winter!
